1. Cara membuat :
Mie instan dan pellet dihancurkan menjadi tepung. Telur bebek digodok sampai matang dan diambil kuning telurnya saja. Keju diparut sampai halus. Ubi jalar dan ikan tongkol dikukus sampai lembek jangan lupa dibuang kulit dan durinya. Setelah semua bahan siap, campur kesemua bahan tersebut dalam satu wadah. Lalu aduk bersama susu dan essen, campur dengan air bila diperlukan. Kini umpan anda siap digunakan.

Hancurkan 5 butir telur dan aduk isinya sampai lebur ( tidak terlalu berbusa ), tambahkan sedikit air agar tidak terlalu pekat, lalu masukan tepung ketan kedalam kocokan telur. Selanjutnya bungkus adonan yang telah jadi tersebut dengan daun pandan dan kukus hingga matang. Kini umpan tersebut telah siap anda gunakan untuk mancing, baik untuk galatama maupun di kolam harian.


3. Umpan Kuning
Bahan-bahan :
Jagung manis 5 tongkol Telor bebek 5 butir
(tidak muda tidak tua)
Keju Kraft 1/4 batang Kacang mede 1/4 ons
Kelapa 1/4 butir Susu Kental 1/4 kaleng
Vanili Secukupnya Daun pandan 2 lembar
Ubi 1 buah Tuna 1 kaleng
Kroto secukupnya
Cara Pengolahan :
Semua bahan seperti jagung manis, keju kraft dan kelapa diparut terlebih dahulu. Sedangkan untuk kacang mede terlebih dahulu digoreng dan selanjutnya digilas sampai halus, dan telur bebek diambil kuningnya saja.
Apabila semua bahan telah siap, campurlah jagung dengan kuning telur, keju parut, kacang mede, susu kental, vanili, perasan daun pandan dan santan kelapa yang diperas tanpa menggunakan air.
Bahan-bahan yang telah dicampur diaduk hingga rata, kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam kantung plastik berukuran ½ kg.
Adonan didalam plastik diikat rapat pada ujungnya agar bentuk adonan menjadi pipih dan rata dalam mematangkannya. Plastik dirangkap dua agar dalam pengukusan tidak pecah. Selanjutnya adonan dikukus selama 3-4 jam. Sebelum dimasak, daun pandan sepanjang 10 cm sebaiknya dimasukkan pada setiap kantung.
Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang rata dalam pengukusan sebaiknya setelah 1,5 jam adonan diangkat, kemudian ditekan hingga pipih dan dimasak kembali dengan posisi terbalik.
Setelah 3-4 jam, adonan umpan akan berwarna kuning pertanda sudah matang dan berbentuk pipih, tidak terlalu keras ataupun lembek.
Umpan kuning yang telah siap dicampur dengan 1 buah ubi rebus untuk dicampur dan diaduk sampai rata. Setelah semua rata, masukkan 1 kaleng tuna untuk dicampur hingga rata.
Masukkan kroto secukupnya ke dalam adonan, diaduk hingga rata.
Resep umpan kuning ini dapat bertahan hingga 1 minggu. Selamat mencoba!!!!!!!

4. Umpan Putih Super
Bahan-bahan :
Katulampa 3 sachet susu dancow
6 butir telur ayam negeri 1 bungkus umpan jadi Pak Ikin
1 kaleng Deho 1 lembar daun pandan
2-3 ons kroto
Cara membuat :
Aduk semua bahan diatas kecuali Deho. Adukan atau adonan tersebut ditim selama 15-20 menit. Setelah dingin, umpan siap dipakai. Namun sebelum digunakan, campurkan terlebih dahulu Deho dengan porsi secukupnya ( seimbang).


5. Umpan durian tiga mata
Bahan-bahan :
Durian tiga mata (biji)
Gula merah 200 gr
Ubi Jalar
Sagu 200 gr
Cara membuat :
Pisahkan daging durian dari bijinya. Parut ubi jalar hingga membentuk seperti tepung.
Didihkan air 200 ml, setelah itu masukkan gula merah aduk hingga menjadi lumer. Setelah itu masukkan daging durian aduk hingga durian tercampur benar dengan larutan gula tadi.
Selanjutnya untuk mengentalkan umpan tambahkan sagu dan parutan ubi jalar.
Aduk hingga rata, umpan durian siap digunakan.


6. Umpan Susu Sapi
Bahan-bahan :
10 tongkol jagung manis 4 butitr telur bebek
1/2 liter susu sapi murni. 1/4 kelapa ukuran sedang.
1/2 kg ubi kuning 1/2 blok keju Kraft 1/2 sendok makan mentega Weijmans
Bahan campuran lain :
2 ekor bandeng hitam basah 1 Kg kroto putih segar
Cara membuat :
Jagung dan kelapa digiling halus. Ubi kuning dikukus lalu diparut. Keju diparut. Susu sapi dimasak diatas api kecil sambil terus diaduk hingga tinggal 6 sendok makan. Telur bebek ( 5 butir campur dan 3 kuningnya saja ) diaduk dengan mixer pada kecepatan tinggi. Jagung, kelapa, ubi, keju, susu sapi, dan mentega dicampurkan ke adonan telur sambil terus diaduk pada kecepatan tinggi. Umpan siap dipakai. Catatan : Jika akan dipakai mancing pada pagi hari, umpan harus dibuat malam hari dan harus sudah jadi tepat menjelang pagi.
Cara memakai : Kroto putih sebanyak 1/2 dikukus lalu dicampur pelet. Gunakan sebagai bom. Kroto dikukus dengan maksud agar bisa tenggelam. Seperti biasa, sebelum dipasang umpan harus dicampur lagi dengan kroto di bagian luarnya. Jika ikan mas di kolam ternyata menyukai umpan amis, selain kroto, adonan boleh dicampur lagi dengan daging bandeng yang sebelumnya telah dikukus dan dihaluskan. Daging bandeng bisa dicampur langsung ke adonan atau hanya dibagian luar.


7. Umpan Jagung
Bahan-bahan :
10 Tongkol jagung muda 1/3 blok keju Kraft
1/2 ons singkong Roombutter Weijmans secukupnya
1/4 butir kelapa muda 2 ons kroto (kroto beras)
1 butir kuning telur bebek ( boleh tidak dipakai )
Cara membuat :
Jagung, singkong, kelapa muda dan keju diparut lalu dicampurkan dengan sisa bahan dan diaduk rata. Adonan dibungkus rapat dengan alumunium foil. Dikukus selama 2 jam dengan api kecil, air sudah harus mendidih saat adonan dimasukkan. Kroto dicampurkan saat umpan akan dipakai.


8. Umpan Susu Murni
Bahan-bahan :
1/4 kg ubi kuning 50 gram Bubur bayi Cerelac rasa pisang
3 ekor belut 5 tongkol jagung manis
1/4 pak keju Kraft 2 butir telur (bagian kuningnya saja)
Susu murni secukupnya 50 gram mentega
1 kaleng ikan tuna 2 ons kroto
Cara membuat :
Ubi, belut dan parutan jagung manis dikukus terpisah. Untuk jagung kukus setengah matang saja. Parut ubi dan keju, haluskan daging ikan tuna dan daging belut. Campurkan semua bahan di atas tadi aduk hingga rata. Untuk kroto dicampurkan saat umpan akan dipakai.


9. Umpan Mie Instan
Bahan-bahan :
1 bungkus Indomie kari ayam
2 butir telur ayam kampung 1 sendok makan roombutter Weijmans
1 sendok makan penuh bubur bayi Nutrisia beras 1 lembar keju Kraft
1 sendok makan susu bubuk Infamil 1 sendok teh bubur bayi Cerelac beras
Cara membuat :
Indomie diblender sampai halus lalu diaduk dengan kuning telur yang sudah dikocok. Roombutter dipanaskan sampai mencair. Ke dalamnya lalu dimasukkan keju parut dan diaduk. Pemanasan diteruskan dengan api kecil. Bahan-bahan lain kemudian dicampurkan. Selama pengadukan, api harus tetap kecil supaya adonan tidak hangus. Setelah warnanya agak kuning, bubur bayi Nutrisia beras dimasukkan dan diaduk lagi. Adonan didinginkan sebelum dimasukkan kedalam kaleng untuk disimpan. Cerelac berfungsi untuk pengeras umpan. Apabila saat dipakai umpan terlalu lembek ( mudah hancur ), tepung Cerelac dapat ditambahkan lagi. Sebelum dipakai umpan harus dicampur rata dengan kroto secukupnya.


10. Umpan Kacang Mete
Bahan-bahan :
2 tongkol jagung manis (sweetcorn ) muda 0,5 sendok teh gula pasir
1,5 ons ubi jalar manis 2 ons kacang mete
1 ons singkong 1 ons kacang tanah
0,5 ons keju Kraft 0,5 sendok garam
2 kuning telur ayam kampung mentega secukupnya
Cara membuat :
Kacang mete dan kacang tanah digoreng dengan mentega, setelah matang keduanya kemudian diblender sampai benar-benar halus. Jagung muda, ubi jalar, dan singkong dikupas lalu diparut sampai halus demikian juga keju kraft dihaluskan, diaduk jadi satu dengan bahan-bahan yang lain, kemudian dibungkus, dikukus dengan api besar sampai matang. Pada saat digunakan, umpan jagung ini harus dicampur dulu dengan kroto atau daging belut.
Bagian II 


11. Umpan Kacang Mete II
Bahan-bahan :
150 gram ubi jalar 50 gram kacang tanah goreng
50 gram kacang mete goreng 1,5 sendok garam halus
100 gram singkong 2 kuning telur ayam kampung
2 tongkol jagung manis 1,5 sendok makan gula
50 gram keju
Cara membuat :
Kukus ubi jalar, singkong, dan jagung manis sampai setengah matang. Parut keju kemudian aduk rata bersama kuning telur. Giling kacang tanah dan mete dengan blender, sampai halus. Tambahkan ubi jalar, singkong, jagung yang telah dikukus, keju dicampur kuning telur, garam, dan gula. Blender sekali lagi hingga halus dan tercampur merata. Kukus adonan yang telah diblender diatas cetakan kue beralas daun pisang kurang lebih 30 menit. Campurkan kroto sewaktu akan digunakan.


12. Umpan Mie dan Pellet
Bahan-bahan :
1 bungkus mie instan 1 ons susu bubuk full cream
1 sendok makan pelet 2 butir telur bebek ( mentah atau asin )
2 ons kelapa parut 1 ons keju
2 ons ubi jalar putih atau kuning 2 ons kroto
2 tetes esen nangka 2 ons ikan tongkol segar atau olahan
Cara membuat :
Mie instan dan pelet dibuat menjadi tepung, kelapa parut dibuat santan dan digodok sampai keluar minyaknya.
Ubi jalar dikupas dan dicuci bersih lalu dikukus sampai matang.
Ikan tongkol dicuci bersih dan dikukus sampai matang. Kulit dan duri ikan dibuang kemudian ikan digoreng dengan minyak hasil rebusan santan kelapa.
Telur bebek mentah digodok sampai matang dan diambil bagian kuningnya.
Keju diparut.
Semua campuran bahan diaduk atau ditumbuk bersama susu dan esen sampai benar - benar halus dan tercampur dengan baik.
Kroto diseduh dengan air mendidih. kotoran dan semut yang masih ada dibuang lalu ditiriskan dengan sedikit diperas. Kroto dicampurkan dengan umpan pada saat mulai mancing.


13. Umpan jagung khas tombro
Bahan-bahan :
Jagung Muda 11-13 buah
Ikan Tombro/Mas warna hitam 1 ekor
Susu bubuk 2 sdm
Keju batangan sebesar kotak korek api
Kacang mete 20 biji
Telur bebek 2 butir
Cara membuat :
Pereteli jagung dari bonggolnya dan diblender sampai halus.
Daging ikan mas diambil lalu diblender sampai halus.
Kedua bahan tersebut dicampur lalu digabungkan dengan semua bahan yang ada.
Selanjutnya semua bahan diblender kembali sampai benar-benar rata dan halus.
Tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang, lalu masukkan ke dalam oven.
Panaskan pada suhu sekitar 80 derajat celcius pada menit-menit awal dan turunkan suhu ketika adonan mulai mengembang.
Setelah benar-benar mengembang (jangan sampai ada yang mentah dibagian tengahnya), angkat adonan dan dinginkan. Belah sesuai selera.
Jika ingin beramal, bagi-bagi teman di samping kanan dan kiri anda, karena umpan ini lumayan banyak jika hanya dipakai satu orang.
Kecuali jika kedi anda ikut menggado “kue” itu. Selamat mencoba!!!!!.


14. Umpan ikan tuna
Bahan-bahan :
Ikan tuna segar 3-4 ekor
Belut 10 ekor
Daun pandan 2 helai
Kelapa ukuran sedang 1/3 butir
Susu sapi murni 1 liter
Mentega Weijmans ¾ sendok
Essen garlic dan mocca secukupnya
Pasta secukupnya
Cara membuat :
Ambil daging ikan tuna dan pisahkan dari duri didalamnya.
Belut dipotong-potong kecil seukuran 3-4 cm.
Masukkan dua bahan tadi ke dalam blender dan hancurkan sampai rata.
Berikutnya daun pandan, kelapa, susu dan mentega dicampur dengan menggunakan blender. Setelah halus, campur semua bahan ke dalam blender kecuali essen.
Aduk hingga rata dan halus.
Setelah halus, bisa langsung dicampur dengan essen da pasta atau dibawa ke kolam dan dicampur ketika sudah dipinggir kolam.

15. Umpan burung walet
Bahan-bahan :
Sarang burung walet 5-10 gr
Sagu secukupnya
Susu bubuk 5-6 sendok teh
Akar pohon pisang 10 batang/helai
Iakn salem 2 ekor
Pellet secukupnya
Cara membuat :
Ikan salem dicuci dan dikukus hingga dagingnya lunak.
Lalu dipisahkan daging ikan dari durinya dan hancurkan secara pelan dengan ulekan.
Sarang burung dan akar pisdang direbus dalam air mendidih selama 2-3 menit.
Masukkan susu bubuk ke dalam air rebusan sarang burung dan aduk hingga rata.
Ketika adonan kenyal, angkat dan campurkan daging ikan salem ke dalam adonan tadi. Campurkan pellet sedikit untuk menyatukan daging dengan adonan.
Umpan telah siap digunakan dan kini bersiaplah kini menanti kemenangan.


16. Umpan Kentang
Bahan-bahan :
Kentang sebanyak 3 butir
Telor ayam kampung 2 butir
Pasta nangka secukupnya
Tuna Oil secukupnya
Cara membuat :
Pertama-tama kentang dikupas kulitnya dan direbus dengan air panas sampai empuk. Lalu telor ayam kampung diambil kuningnya saja. Setelah kentang matang dan dingin, tumbuk (hancurkan) sampai halus, lalu dicampur dengan kuning telor dan diaduk sampai rata.
Ketika sudah rata. Masukkan pasta secukupnya diikuti dengan tuna oil juga sesuai selera.
Setelah itu diaduk kembali hingga rata. Yang harus diperhatikan, kita harus tahu persis takaran yang tepat agar adonan tetap kenyal sehingga mudah menempel di mata kail.
Namun bila merasa kurang, anda bisa mencampurkan sedikit pellet untuk membuat racikan kenyal dan tidak mudah hancur.
Kini umpan anda sudah siap digunakan.


17. UMPAN TAHU PUTIH
Bahan-bahan
1 buah Tahu besar ¼ Kg Kacang Mede
1 saset Susu Bubuk 4 bungkus Kinoy
5 buah Putih Telur bebek 1 buah Telur bebek komplit
1 Kaleng Tuna Deho 5 lembar Daun Pandan
Kroto secukupnya
Cara membuatnya :
Tahu besar dan kadang mede dihaluskan, Tuna Deho dibuang airnya dan dihaluskan, campurkan semua bahan-bahan lalu masukan kedalam kantong plastic, Kukus selama ½ jam. Bila mancing campurkan kroto


18. Umpan Jeruk
Bahan-bahan :
½ biji buah jeruk (manis)
2 helai daun pandan
2 butir ubi jalar
4 sdm sagu
2 bks pellet
200cc air
Cara Membuat :
Ubi direbus sampai matang lalu campurkan dengan buah jeruk dan diblender sampai halus. Selanjutnya sagu direbus dengan air dan didalamnya dimasukkan daun pandan.
Setelah itu,masukkan hasil blenderan dan diaduk-aduk sampai rata. Berikutnya angkat dan dinginkan. Daun pandan dibuang. Kini umpan anda siap digunakan dengan mencampurnya dengan pellet. Selamat mencoba!!!


19. Umpan Udang
300 gr Udang windu
2 helai Daun pandan
5 sdm Sagu
200 gr Pellet
Tuna oil secukupnya
Cara membuat :
Buang bagian kepala udang. Rebus udang yang telah dibersihkan dengan mencampurkan daun pandan selama proses perebusan. Setelah matang, ditandai dengan warna udang yang kemerahan, tiriskan udang tersebut sampai kering. Lalu tumbuk daging udang sampai halus (usahakan agar tetap sedikit kasar). Berikutnya air bekas rebusan udang dipanaskan kembali dan digunakan untuk merebus sagu. Saat sagu mulai meleleh, masukkan udang kedalamnya dan aduk hingga merata.
Pada saat akan digunakan, teteskan tuna oil secukupnya dan tambahkan pellet yang berfungsi sebagai pemberat.


20. Umpan Amis Cilandak
Bahan-bahan :
2 tongkol jagung manis muda 2 butir telur bebek
1 bungkus telur bebek 1 bungkus mie instan
¼ bungkus pelet ½ kg ikan tongkol
½ ons keju ½ ons susu bubuk
essen daun pandan
Cara membuat :
Jagung direbus dan diparut. Mie Instan dan pellet dihancurkan menjadi tepung. Telur bebek diodok sampai matang dan diambil kuning telurnya saja. Keju diparut sampai halus. Ubi Jalar dan ikan tongkol dikukus sampai lembek, jangan lupa dibuang kulit dan durinya. Setelah semua bahan siap, campur kesemua bahan tersebut dalam satu wadah. Tambahkan air secukupnya dan diblender menjadi halus. Berikutnya campurkan susu dan essen.
Umpan siap diadu!!!
Bagian III 


21. Umpan Blender
Bahan-bahan
10-15 biji Jagung Muda 1 ekor ikan tuna
4 sendok Susu bubuk Keju Batangan (sekotak korek api)
20 biji kacang mete 1 sendok makan minyak ikan
2 butir kuning telor bebek
Cara membuat :
Kuliti jagung dari tongkolnya dan blender sampai halus. Ikan tuna juga diambil dagingnya saja dan diblender sampai halus. Kedua bahan tersebut di campur lalu digabungkan dengan semua bahan yang ada. Selanjutnya semua bahan diblender kembali sampai benar-benar halus.
Setelah rata, kukus adonan tersebut sampai matang dan mengembang. ( + 10-15 menit )
Setelah benar-benar mengembang (jangan sampai mentah dibagian tengah), angkat adonan dan dinginkan. (Harap diperhatikan, pada proses pengukusan ini, usahakan jangan terlalu lama, sebab akan membuat adonan keras. Tapi jangan diangkat juga sebelum matang).
Kini adonan siap digunakan.


22. Umpan Pelet
Bahan-bahan :
1 bungkus Pelet Tongkol 2 helai daun pandan
1 bungkus kinoy 50 gr/sebungkus perangsang
50 gr ikan Tongkol ½ bungkus pak ikin
Kroto secukupnya.
Cara membuat :
Daun pandan direndam air panas
Ikan tongkol diambil dagingnya dan diblender sampai halus.
Semua bahan yang ada dicampurkan dan diaduk sampai terbentuk adonan.
Setelah rata ambil air daun pandan dan campurkan daging tongkol yang sudah diblender, kemudian masukan ke adonan yang sudah jadi, lalu aduk sampai rata.
Adonan yang sudah jadi campurkan pak ikin bersama kroto segar agar tidak lengket, dan mudah dipegang serta mudah dibentuk.
Adonan umpan pelet tongkol aroma pandan kini siap digunakan.


23. Umpan Terasi
Bahan-bahan :
1 butir telor bebek (kuningnya saja)
1 bungkus terasi Cirebon
3 buah kentang direbus
Ikan tenggiri secukupnya yang sudah direbus
Cara membuat :
Ikan tenggiri setelah direbus kemudian diblender. Lalu dicampurkan ke semua bahan-bahan tersebut dan diaduk sampai rata, setelah itu umpan siap diadu.


24. Umpan Ubi
Bahan-bahan :
3 buah ubi jalar manis
1 kaleng Tuna (Tuna in oil) 2 bungkus pelet merah
2 bungkus Chiki Snack keju 1 tutup botol minyak ikan (Scott's Emultion White)
Cara membuat :
Kukus ubi jalar, parut dan haluskan. Remas Chiki Snack hingga hancur, campurkan dengan adonan aduk lagi sampai rata. Tuna kaleng dibuka tuangkan minyaknya saja tambahkan sedikit air tuang lagi ke adonan (daging ikan dapat dipakai ke umpan lain). Masukkan pelet dan minyak ikan Scott's, aduk hingga merata.
Campurkan kroto atau daging belut saat akan dipakai.


25. UMPAN BISKUIT
Bahan-bahan :
1 bungkus Biskuit Roma kotak tawar
1 saset Susu bubuk
3 buah Ubi kuning uk sedang
1 kaleng sedang Tuna/Sarden
Cara membuatnya :
Ubi kuning dikukus lalu diparut, Biskuit dihaluskan, Tuna/Sarden dibuang bumbunya lalu dihaluskan, Campurkan semua bahan-bahan, pada saat mau mancing ditambahkan Kroto.


26. Umpan “Seharian”
Bahan-bahan :
1/4 kg ubi kuning 100 gram Bubur bayi Cerelac rasa pisang
3 ekor belut 5 tongkol jagung manis
1/4 pak keju Kraft 2 butir telur (kuningnya saja)
Susu murni secukupnya 50 gram mentega
1 kaleng ikan tuna 2 ons kroto
Cara membuat :
Ubi, belut dan parutan jagung manis dikukus terpisah. Untuk jagung kukus setengah matang saja. Parut ubi dan keju, haluskan daging ikan tuna dan daging belut. Campurkan semua bahan di atas tadi aduk hingga rata. Untuk kroto dicampurkan saat umpan akan dipakai.


27. Umpan putih u/ harian
Bahan-bahan :
3 bks Katu Lampa
4 butir Telor ayam (merahnya saja)
1 kaleng Tuna tanpa merk
4 bks kecil Vanilla kristal
Ubi putih secukupnya
Cara membuat :
Telor ambil kuningnya saja, lalu campur dengan tuna tanpa merk. Berikutnya masukkan vanilla dan aduk hingga rata. Setelah rata ambil daun pandan dan dibuat buntalan lalu campur dengan bahan tadi. Berikutnya adonan tersebut kita masukkan dalam plastik transparan ukuran ½ atau 1 kg dan kukus selama + 30 menit.
Pada saat mulai mengukus sertakan juga ubi dan dikukus secara bersamaan. Namun pengukusan ubi harus lebih lama sekitar 15-30 menit dari adonan agar ubi benar-benar matang.
Setelah semuanya matang dan diangkat, masukkan ke dalam satu wadah. Berikutnya campurkan katulampa dan aduk bahan tersebut hingga merata. Jika dirasa belum menyatu anda bisa menambahkan sedikit air panas sampai didapat kelekatan yang anda inginkan.

Cara membuat :
Telur bebek merahnya aja, susu dencow,ikan tuna (dihaluskan dulu), kroto diaduk jadi satu, setelah selesai masukan ke plastik lalu dikukus +/- 40 menit. Sajian istimewa siap dihidangkan , pengerasnya katulampa.

Bagian IV 


31. UMPAN KELAPA
Bahan-bahan :
5 biji Jagung 5 butir Telor
1/2 butir Kelapa 50 gr Lemak kambing
2 potong Ikan tongkol 1/2 balok keju
Cara membuatnya :
Semua umpan saya blender jadi 1, setelah selesai
saya kukus 3,5 jam (pakai kompor). Agar lebih mantap tambahkan kroto waktu digunakan.


32. UMPAN SERUNDENG SARDEN
Bahan-bahan :
1/2 porsi Umpan jadi merek 99 (ditoko banyak).
2 butir telor asin (merahnya aja)
1 bungkus kecil kinoy wangi
2 potong ikan sarden
serundeng (kelapa yg agak muda di sangray) --> jangan sampai angus api kecil.
Kroto secukupnya.
Cara membuatnya :
umpan merek99,kinoy, telor asin (merahnya aja) aduk jadi satu, setelah selesai baru tambahkan sarden 2 potong yg telah dihaluskan, baru campur serundeng ( 1,5 sendok makan), baru terakhir campur kroto.


33. UMPAN IKAN SEGAR
Bahan-bahan :
1-2 ekor Ikan laut segar (saya coba tongkol/tenggiri/kakap ), ambil dagingnya saja.
4-5 biji Telor Bebek, ambil kuningnya.
2 bungkus/Sachet Susu Dancow putih
3-5 biji Umbi Jalar, boleh yang kuning atau yang putih untuk pengeras umpan
Cara membuatnya :
- Semua bahan diblender dan dikukus sampai matang (kecuali ubi dikukus terpisah)
- Ubi dihaluskan dan dicampurkan dengan adonan yang sudah dikukus
- Umpan siap digunakan.
- Jangan lupa pake kroto.


34. UMPAN JAGUNG MENTEGA
Bahan-bahan :
jagung 4 biji (biasa banyak di pasar, yg sdg aja jgn ketuaan/muda)
blue band margarine 2 sdm
tuna deho 2 sdm
pengeras bisa pake pelet kinoy, pelet tombro
telor bebek mentah 2 biji ambil merah nya aja
kroto
Cara membuatnya :
- siapin blender ,jagung di potongin buang bonggol nya, masukin jagung ma blue band ke blender trus di blend sampe halus.
- siapin panci buat ngukus, kukus adonan tsb kira" 20 menitan.kalo udah jadi diemin biar adem. (baiknya bikin adonan ini malem).
- campur adonan yg udah di kukus tadi ma deho, telor, dan pengeras sampe di rasa cukup gak terlalu lembek gak terlalu keras.
- tinggal cocol ma kroto.


35. UMPAN BELUT
Bahan-bahan :
belut + 1/2 Kg
Pa' Ikin 1 Bks
Telor bebek 1 btr
kroto 1 ons
Daun pandan 5 lembar
tepung maizena + 2 sendok makan
Cara membuatnya :
Belut dikukus biar mateng trus dialusin. Aduk pa' ikin, belut alus, telor bebek sama tepung maizena sampe rata. kalo udah rata masukin kroto sedikit2 sambil diaduk. Kalo udah rata, daun pandan di iket trus dimemarkan trus campur ke adonan umpan tadi. Kukus adonan + 15 menit. trus kalo udah mateng adonan udah bisa dipake untuk mancing, (kalo mau mastiin, pemancing boleh juga nyobain umpannya.....hehehhe). kalo kelembekan tambahin kinoy secukupnya..........


36. UMPAN MADU
Bahan-bahan :
telor bebek putihnya 2 btr aja
deho satu kaleng (dilembutkan), bisa diganti ikan cue salem
susu dencow 1 sachet
1 ons kroto (telurnya aja-diseduh dulu yang ngambang dibuang)
santan kara (1/2 sachet kecil/tergantung) bisa pake bisa engga
madu secukupnya (bisa pake bisa engga)
wisman (bisa pake bisa engga)
pengeras
Cara membuatnya :
telur dikocok terus dimasukin tuh semua bahan, direbus +/- 15 menit dibolak-balik, udah deh kalo kurang pulen tambah pengeras (katulampa/kinoy) lagi, tapi jangan banyak2.


37. UMPAN KEJU
Bahan-bahan “
Keju Parut ,
Telor 5 ,
kara yang ukuran kecil 1 ,
kroto 2 ons ,
Kinoy ,
Cara membuatnya :
Semua bahan diaduk rata lalu masukan dalam pelastik setelah itu di kukusss tunggu 15 menit. Dibolak balik hingga ke 2 sisi matang and setelah matang diamkan hingga dingin Lalu di olah / dijejek halus dah. Lalu dicampur dengan Essen Tenggiri sebanyak 5 - 6 tetes dan umpan siap di gunakan..


38. UMPAN MUJJUR
Bahan-bahan :
jagung manis 1 bonggol
telur ayam 2 butir (semuanya, sayang2 kl dibuang)
maizena 2 sdk mkn
susu dancow fullcream 5 sdk mkn
blueband 2 sdk mkn
essen vanila secukupnya
daun pandan 1 lembar
tongkol pindang secukupnya
Cara membuatnya :
masukan semua bahan kedalam blender, kecuali tongkol dan daun pandan, setelah halus masukan kedalam plastik tahan panas, masukan daun pandan yg udah dibejek2, kukus lebih kurang 20 menit, setelah mateng angin2in dulu trus aduk sama tongkol yg sudah dihaluskan, jika kelembekan tambah pengeras bs katulampa, kinoy, ucrit, cuplis/ciner.
ga usah pake kroto kl krotonya ga bagus banget, malah ngerusak selera makan ikan, ini menurut saya loh....tp kl krotonya baru nyengget boleh juga tuch...
